Kangqi (Kevin) Ni is a remote research intern in the AI Infra Group. He is a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at UNC-Chapel Hill, advised by Prof. Tianlong Chen. He received his B.S. in Computer Science and B.A. in Mathematics from Rice University, and was previously a summer scholar at Carnegie Mellon University’s Robotics Institute. His research broadly focuses on agentic systems and multimodal learning, with a paper at EMNLP 2024 Findings.
